Money-back guarantee
All plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you're not happy within the first two weeks, request a refund and we'll issue it in full.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel monthly or annual billing at any time from the billing portal in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for — you keep access until then.
Lifetime purchases
Lifetime is a one-time payment with no recurring charge. The same 14-day guarantee applies.
How refunds are processed
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, so refunds are issued through them and returned to your original payment method. Email support@liftcloud.app with the email you used at checkout.
Your data after cancellation
Cancelling never deletes your training data. It stays in your account; only sync pauses until you re-subscribe or switch plans.
